Because our crochet items are crafted with love and often personalized especially for your baby nursery, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order in pristine condition.

We will process your store credit or refund promptly upon inspection of the returned items using your original payment method, ensuring a seamless boutique experience.
Return conditions:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
Items were purchased within the last 30 days
Items remain in their original boutique packaging
Non-returnable items include:
Customized or personalized crochet orders made specifically to your color and size specifications.
Items that have been unsealed or used within a nursery environment for health and hygiene protection.
We reserve the right to decline returns on merchandise that does not meet our high artisanal quality standards.
Sending Items
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mail your package securely to our studio address:

We recommend using a trackable delivery service as we cannot issue refunds for lost return shipments without actual receipt of the handcrafted goods.
Gifts:
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a boutique gift credit will be issued for your return value once the parcel safely arrives at our studio.
If the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be directed to them.
